Daniel Temitope Awolaru bagged a Presidential commission into the Nigerian Army on 9 March 2013. He is a Captain with the Army Engineers, a profession he fought hard to get on the 5^th attempt. DT as fondly called is a graduate of Geology from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye Ogun State. He also has to his credit a Post Graduate Diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of Lagos (UNILAG). He is currently undergoing his Masters programme in Applied Geophysics at UNILAG. Daniel has traversed the length and breadth of Signage Manufacturing Industry where he worked in the HR, Operations and Business Development units to garner wide experience. Thereafter, Temitope moved to Stanbic IBTC Bank before leaving in 2012 to join the Army.  Captain Awolaru is a dogged and resolute individual who believes that nothing just happen, but people make them happen.  Daniel Temitope is a Christian and the current President of the Youth Fellowship (Ensigns) of The Shepherd’s Flock International Church Lagos. He was also the General Secretary of Ogun Varsity Christian Fellowship while on Campus at Ago Iwoye. He hails from Ikenne Remo in Ogun State. He is married to Gbemisola Yewande and they are blessed with Children.
